One day my wife said that we should teach other people how to make money in real estate they way I taught her. We were already giving our time to the local Seattle Real Estate Investors Association called REAPS by sitting on the board and by running the local GKIC Chapter meetings, but she knew it was the personal one-on-one mentoring and coaching that made her successful and that is what she wanted to provide to other serious people wanting to get started in real estate investing.
